Why this exists
Fifteen years on both sides of the bar.
Glass Box Solutions was built by a California Workers' Compensation attorney who spent 15 years handling cases on both the applicant and defense sides. That experience produced a specific understanding of what the work actually requires: not just legal knowledge, but the mechanical capacity to process enormous volumes of documents, forms, and deadlines accurately and quickly.
The existing tools did not solve this. Document management systems organized files but did not analyze them. General AI tools produced plausible-sounding summaries without citations. No tool in the CA WC space was built with the specific forms, the specific statutes, and the specific practice norms that make California Workers' Compensation different from every other legal domain.
Adjudica is the result of building that tool from first principles, with practitioners, for practitioners.

Cite the page, or do not claim it
Configured workflows can attach document or legal-source links where available. Citations may be missing or incorrect, so counsel verifies proposed facts against the record.
Attorney review is not optional
Adjudica proposes form values, facts, and calculations for attorney review. Documentation and configured workflow gates require review; this release did not observe every runtime path.
Transparency at every layer
Confidence context, explanations, and source links are displayed where the configured workflow supports them. Their availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.
CA WC, not generic law
Adjudica is configured with California Workers' Compensation materials and workflows, including selected statutory, regulatory, rating, treatment, and case-law sources. The corpus is not represented as complete.
The product teaches while it works
Some workflows display source links or calculation steps as review aids. Attorneys remain responsible for deadlines, authorities, formulas, and professional judgment.
Compliance is a core feature
Source configuration and policy documents describe UPL, privacy, and security controls. This release did not independently observe runtime enforcement, audit coverage, or compliance.
